
This past weekend your BHS Robotics team competed in the Michigan State Championship. The ended 15th on their field and had the highest score on their field. They were the first pick of the 8th alliance for play-offs. While their play-off experience did not go as good as they would have hoped, they ended the weekend ranked 57th out of 619 teams in Michigan.
Their performance this season has secured them a spot at the FIRST World Championship in Houston, Texas next week.




This is an amazing internship opportunity for civic-minded students 16 and older with reliable transportation! Senator Camilleri's office is offering paid opportunities for students this summer. This is a valuable chance to learn about how our government works, how policies are influenced, and to build a network! IMPORTANT: The new deadline is Friday, April 11.

Spring Testing at BHS takes place Tuesday - Thursday, April 8, 9, and 10. All students will attend school on Tuesday, April 8. 11th graders will test that day. 10th and 11th graders will attend and test on Wednesday, April 9. 9th and 12th graders will attend and test on Thursday, April 10. The Belleville Lady Tigers defeated the West Bloomfield Lakers 60 to 55 at the Breslin Center today in the State Semifinals. The Tigers will take on the winner of the Wayne Memorial vs. Rockford game this afternoon tomorrow at 12:15, again at the Breslin Center! Come out to support the ladies tomorrow! GO TIGERS!!!





The Belleville Men’s Varsity Baseball Team hit a home run with young readers as they visited Edgemont, Savage, and Tyler Elementary Schools over the past couple of weeks! Players stepped up to the plate to share stories with students, creating a memorable and rewarding experience for both the athletes and the kids.

This past weekend your BHS robotics team, the Belle-Villains competed at home for their first competition of the season. They ended the qualification matches 17th out of 40 teams and were the 1st choice of the 3rd alliance for playoffs.
During playoffs the team was part of a match that broke multiple FIRST robotics world records for this season. During this match, the Villains lost 222 - 214, just 8 points!
This match has the highest scoring combined clean score of any match this season worldwide. This means the highest combined score where there were no penalty points.
We have the highest teleoperated (or human operated) score for a match this season.
Finally, it was the highest score that resulted in a loss this season.
The Belle-Villains will compete again over spring break at Renaissance high school to try and secure their spot at the state championship this year!




Today, Unified Basketball celebrated another successful season together in the Media Center. Unified Sports, a program by Special Olympics, brings together individuals with and without intellectual disabilities to train and compete as teammates, fostering inclusion, friendship, and social skills. Congratulations on a great basketball season Tigers!

We are thrilled to announce that our FANUC-Mechatronics class has received CTE approval from the State of Michigan! This is great news because students now have the opportunity to earn FANUC Robot Level 1 Operator credentials, earn college credits, and participate in related work-based learning! This also opens doors for approaching and working with industry partners! Go Tigers!
