RICHARD L. CUNNINGHAM

Richard L. Cunningham distinguished himself by professional accomplishment in the field of law. Richard worked as Staff Counsel for the U.S. Veterans Administration for three years before opening his own practice in 1982. In 1984 he became Assistant Wayne County Prosecutor emphasizing in homicide and public corruption cases. Richard also served as Judge of the Recorder’s Court where he had jurisdiction over felonies committed in Wayne County and served seven years as Staff Counsel for the Michigan Attorney Grievance Commission. In 2000 Richard was selected as “Lawyer of the Year” by Michigan Lawyers Weekly.
