Registration Information
Registration takes place at the school which your child will attend
during the regular school year. If you need assistance identifying your
child's school, contact the Administration Building at 734-697-9123. If
you need contact information on your child's school,
click here.
To register your child for school, please provide the following
information:
Child’s last Report card if possible for elementary and middle
schools. Belleville High School requires a copy of the student’s
unofficial transcript in compliance to Michigan state law.
Three (3) pieces of identification showing proof of residency. Child
must be living with a parent, or court guardianship papers must be
presented. Foster Parents must provide Foster Care License Number. Proof
of residency may include any of the following:
– Drivers License
– Voter’s Registration
– Purchase, Lease, or Rental Agreement
– Utility Bill
– Bank Deposit Slip
– Canceled Check with your address
– Other mail sent to you at your residence (no junk mail)

Child’s Birth Certificate (P.S. 84, 1987).

Child’s up-to-date Immunization Record.

Individual Educational Plan (IEP) if
special services are required.
Parents/guardians must accompany students under the age of eighteen
years. Student must be with parent/guardian when enrolling at Belleville
High School. If you are uncertain which school your child will be
attending, please contact the Transportation Department at (734) 699-5100.
